Live Free, Inc. Trademark Guidelines
These guidelines apply to your use of the Live Free®,
the PatriotWear™ and the LiveFreeOnline.com™ trademarks (each hereinafter
referred to individually as the "Trademark") in materials which have
been approved in advance by Live Free, Inc.
- You may use any of our
Trademarks solely for the purpose(s) authorized by Live Free, Inc.
- You may not alter a Trademark
in any manner. For example, you may not change the proportion, color, or
font of a Trademark.
- You may not display a
Trademark in any manner that implies sponsorship or endorsement by Live
Free, Inc. outside of your involvement in the Associates Program.
- You may not use any Trademark
to disparage Live Free, Inc, LiveFreeOnline.com, PatriotWear™, or our
products or services, or in a manner which, in Live Free, Inc.'s reasonable
judgement, may diminish or otherwise damage Live Free, Inc.'s goodwill in
the Trademark.
- A Trademark must appear by
itself, with reasonable spacing (at least the height of the Trademark)
between each side of the Trademark and other graphic or textual elements.
- You must use the applicable ®
or ™ symbol adjacent to a Trademark.
- You acknowledge that all
rights to a Trademark are the exclusive property of Live Free, Inc., and all
goodwill generated through your use of the Trademark will inure to the
benefit of Live Free, Inc.
Live Free, Inc. reserves the right in its sole
discretion to modify these guidelines at any time. Live Free, Inc. reserves the
right to take action against any use that does not conform to these guidelines.
