As with any business, we gather information on our customers.  However, we are not in the business of selling this information to others and will not do so with your information. We share customer information only among employees of Live Free, Inc., affiliates of Live Free, Inc. and agents and contractors to Live Free, Inc.  Customer information is shared with these folk only to the extent necessary to market our products and provide quality service to our customers.

How Secure Is the Information I Provide, Especially Credit Card Information?

LiveFreeOnline.com™ has security systems in place to protect customer information, especially information provided at the time of product purchase. Customer credit card information is given the highest level of protection.  At checkout, purchase information transmitted over the Internet is protected by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you enter for your order.  This ensures that sensitive customer information, especially credit card data, is not exposed/available to others during Internet transmission.  Additionally, customer credit card information is stored on our server in an encrypted format to protect it around the clock, seven days a week.  Thus, even in the unlikely event that an intruder should manage to bypass other security measures on our site, customer credit card information should not be accessible to them.  And customer credit card information is only kept on our server for two weeks (14 days), after which it is automatically deleted.  More generally, access to our site servers is restricted and password protected.
